Chesterton is one of the original names in London estate agency. The business needed to reassert itself amongst some very confident and showy new competitors. The industry had upped its game and the British preoccupation with property buying had accelerated with tv celebrity search agents and renovation shows. We created an identity that amplified Chesterton‘s enduring credibility and deep knowledge of the property market. Based on our ideas, an historian joined Chesterton to bring to life the stories of homes and neighbourhoods in their marketing communications.
